Have Books to Sell?

Whether you're downsizing, clearing a family home or simply ready to part with books you've collected over the years, we'd love to hear from you. Huddy's is always looking for good-quality, interesting and collectible books, particularly Africana, South African history, natural history, art, military history and other unusual non-fiction.

Selling Your Books to Huddy's:
For smaller collections and individual books of interest, we may offer to purchase your books directly. Simply get in touch and tell us a little about what you have. Photographs are always helpful and allow us to get a good first impression of the collection.

Larger & Specialist Collections:
If you have inherited or built up a substantial collection of collectible books, there may be another option. Selected larger collections can be offered through a dedicated Huddy's online auction, giving the collection the opportunity to reach our established community of book collectors and buyers.This can be particularly suited to private libraries, deceased estates and specialist collections that have been carefully built over many years. Every collection is different, so we assess these individually and will advise you on the best way forward.
